The ALLPOWERS SE200 is a folding 200W solar panel for recharging a portable power station during outages, at a fraction of name-brand prices. It usually sells for about $139, against a $189 street list.
What it can power
In 4 to 5 hours of good sun, expect roughly 600 to 750Wh a day into a battery (estimate: 200W x 4-5 sun hours x 0.75). That is roughly half a day’s use for a full-size fridge, or a full 1kWh station in about two sunny days. Clouds cut output hard, and short winter days trim the total further, so size your setup for your worst season.
Compatibility
- Most power stations: standard MC4 leads, plus an included adapter cable. Check that the cable fits your station first.
- Voltage: 41.6V at max power suits inputs rated up to 60V.
- Adding panels on a 60V input: wire them in parallel. Two in series reach about 98V, which is too high.
- Parallel wiring: at 4.8A each, several panels stay within typical input current limits.
